Iowa's Premier Beer, Wine and Food Expo will be taking over Des Moines this weekend.

The expo is presented by Hy-Vee Friday and Saturday and is celebrating its twelfth anniversary. Tickets include food, beer and wine samples from some of Midwest's restaurants, breweries and wineries.

With over 120 vendors scheduled, the Annals has what you need to know for the upcoming exhibition.

Chefs and speakers

Chefs and speakers will include Marc Carrigan of Foley Family Wines, Jordan Due west. Brooks of Bottle + Bottega Des Moines and honor-winning cake designer Sara Vanderheyden, who is featured on Hy-Vee's HSTV serial "Block This!"

Parking

Parking for the event is available north of the Iowa Events Center with entrances off of Third Street, Crocker Street, and Fifth Avenue. The center provides easy access to I-235 and other major routes. Americans with Disabilities Act parking is available at the Iowa Events Eye by inbound the lot due south of Crocker Street, next to the Community Choice Credit Marriage Convention Heart.

The cost for parking is $10 for cars and trucks, $20 for large trucks like snowfall blades, and $40 for RVs and buses. Overnight parking is non bachelor in Iowa Events Eye lots. Vehicles will be towed.

Street parking downtown:

Street parking is accessible throughout downtown with parking meters. Be mindful of the location and rates every bit meters accept various time limits and parking restrictions during certain times.

Parking garages:

City parking garages are located throughout downtown with skywalk admission to the middle. Payment for urban center garages is collected each time of entrance to the garage.Toll varies.
